Cancellation and refunds

Counsel review outstanding: paid public orders are not enabled. Counsel-approved cancellation, cooling-off and refund wording is required before paid checkout goes live.

INSYNERA Launch service charges are separate from Companies House fees and any partner banking or formation charges. Where a partner or government body collects a fee directly, their own terms apply.

Statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected by this notice.
